| Q. |
How safe are cosmetic procedures? |
| |
Your safety is our first concern. As the part of our safety program you will be required to have health assessment and blood tests prior to surgery. In qualified hands these procedures are safe, however, as with any surgery complications are possible. We do not like surprizes and you should not either. Having complete health information about you before will decrease those risks significantly. |
|
| Q. |
Please describe the entire process, including pre and post surgery. |
| |
Before surgery you will discuss your concerns and goals with the doctor. Together you will select the procedure that is right for you. You will receive pre-operative instructions, medications and supplies. The surgery will be performed at our AAASF approved facility or hospital. After the surgery we will follow your progress untill you are fully recovered. Your satisfaction is our main goal. |
|
| Q. |
Where will the surgery be performed? |
| |
Depending on your health status, the surgery is performed only at the approved facilities either at our private AAAASF approved Operating room at 120 East 61st Street or at a local hospital. The private Operating Room Suite is adequate for most of our patients. However, some of them will have their procedures at the hospital either due to complexity of the procedure or their health status. |

|
| Q. |
What are your qualifications? Are you board certified? |
| |
Dr. Volshteyn is US trained plastic surgeon with fellowship in Microsurgery, and additional cosmetic training at MEETH hospital in Manhattan and then in Paris, France and Switzerland. He also holds Master of Science Degree in Applied Physiology from University of Health Science in Chicago. You may read about our practice in New York Observer, listen on WWRL1600, or see us on Inside Edition. |
|
| Q. |
Do you offer financing or payment plans? |
| |
Yes. For your convenience we accept most of the credit cards as well as we offer a variety of financing plans through approved finance companies who provide preferential plans and lower interests then usual commercial banks. |
|
| |
|
| |
|
| Q. |
How safe is this procedure? |
| |
Your safety is our first concern. As the part of our safety program you will be required to have health assessment and blood tests prior to surgery. In qualified hands these procedures are safe, however, as with any surgery complications are possible. We do not like surprizes and you should not either. Having complete health information about you before will decrease those risks significantly. |
|
| Q. |
What makes you different from other cosmetic surgeons? |
| |
We are not a cosmetic factory. We do not perform the same procedure on every patient. The procedures are custom designed for you and depend on your personal goals and desires, health, time available, and even your finances. Our goals are your safety and happiness. We also welcome your comments and suggestions. We use the most up to date and proven techniques available. |
